| Supreme PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) rock cutter blanks consist of polycrystalline diamond layer sintered with tungsten carbide substrate under ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure. Combining the strengths of both diamond and tungsten carbide, the process renders to the products a combined quality of extremely high abrasion resistance and extremely strong impact resistance ability. The standard shape of our Supreme PDC products is round, but other special shapes (rectangle, triangle, and so on) can also be custom-made per customers' requirements.
Supreme PDC is specially designed for various drilling tools such as petroleum bits, mining bits, and other geological drilling bits, suitable for use in soft to medium hard rock formations .
Also we adopted the laser cutting technology to cut PCD,PCBN,CVD diamond as well as single crystal diamond in large quantities in China,and we also adopted the laser cutting rather than wire EDM to cut PCD and PCBN blanks in large quantities.Our excellent cutting quality and competitive price are well recognized by customers at home and abroad,and our technology is regarded as one of the best in the field of super-hard materials.

2.SSII Series: High Abrasion Resistance PDC. It has more hardness and strength, stronger impact resistance ability, and higher abrasion resistance. Suitable for making petroleum bits, geological bits, engineering bits, and other drilling bits.
According to the diamond/carbide interface structure, Supreme PDC provided three types for your choice: Standard planar structure, claw structure and ball surface PDC. |
